I have a professional background in nursing & dental hygiene. I discovered Rolfing SI in 2022 as a holistic approach to experience greater ease, flexibility & movement. Inspired by this transformative process I trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado & became a Certified Rolfer in October 2024. I know Rolfing SI can work for anyone seeking relief from discomfort, wanting increased ease or enhanced body balance. I look forward to working with you. Love what you do!
Founded by Dr. Ida Rolf Ph.D, Rolfing SI is a form of hands-on therapy that generates structural, functional & energetic changes by systemically balancing the body in gravity. Rolfing addresses issues such as chronic pain, athletic injuries, repetitive movement strain & general inflexibility.
The Ten-Series™ is applied in 10 sequential sessions: Each session works with the body's fascial web. In doing so it enables the body to regain the natural integrity of its form.
Personalized series of 3 or 5 sessions: Focused to address your goals.
Single session: For you to discover the release of strain and tension.
Please note: Each body responds in its own way to Rolfing SI.
Together we determine whether 10, 5 or 3 sessions supports you best.
Sessions are usually spaced 1 or 2 weeks apart.
Maintenance sessions are usually spaced monthly.

You and I both work during a session: You will be asked to breathe & make movements as I work with your tissues.
If you are uncomfortable while I work, please tell me so I can adjust accordingly.
Certain medical conditions and serious injuries prohibit Rolfing SI. So does serious pain; you may need to seek medical care before Rolfing. Let's discuss this.
